Our application process

Step 1

Advertisement and application

Send us your application documents (ideally cover letter, CV with photo, training certificates and references) for one of the advertised jobs, or send a speculative application.

Step 2

Preliminary selection

Our recruiting specialists will make a preliminary selection based on your documents.

Step 3

Interview

Explain why you’re the right person for the job in a personal interview and find out more about our company and the vacant position.

Step 4

Final selection

Based on the impressions gained, we make the final selection together with our clients and our recruiting specialists.

Step 5

Decision and contract

We decide to work together and you will receive a personal job offer.

Step 6

Start work

Congratulations! You have chosen us, and your career at our company has begun.

Our onboarding process

Request for personal documents

The first step is to upload your personal documents (e.g. passport, e-card, bank details, registration form…) to our privacy-compliant cloud. We need these documents to draw up the contract documents and to register you with ÖGK health insurance. We will email you the link for your personal cloud, including the access details.

Drawing up the contract documents

Once you have sent us all the documents we need, we’ll draw up the contract documents so that you can start your new job. These include the employment contract, the flexitime agreement and the notice of transfer.

Sending you the contract documents and scheduling a meeting

To give you enough time to read the contract documents carefully and to check your information and all the agreed points, we’ll send you the contract documents in advance and arrange a meeting for you to sign the contract in person.

Discussing and signing the contract documents

When signing the contract, we’ll discuss all the documents with you and will take the time to answer any questions you may have. We’ll also explain all the important procedures that are relevant for employment with us or employment on our clients’ sites.

Registering with the ÖGK health insurance

We’ll register you with the ÖGK health insurance no later than one day before you start work. To ensure you understand what it involves, again we’ll send this ÖGK registration to you via our privacy-compliant cloud.

Start work

Now the time has finally come to start your new job – and you’re raring to go! Before your first day of work, we’ll send you all the important information (e.g. start date, contact person…). And of course we’ll be there for you as an unbiased partner you can contact at any time if you have any questions. We also want to know about your first impressions, so we’ll check in with you after a few days to see how you’re doing and if everything’s OK.

Anforderung persönlicher Dokumente

Im ersten Schritt laden Sie bitte Ihre persönlichen Dokumente, die wir für die Erstellung der Vertragsdokumente sowie für die Anmeldung bei der ÖGK benötigen (z.B. Reisepass, e-Card, Bankverbindung, Meldezettel, …), auf unsere datenschutzkonforme Cloud hoch. Den Link für Ihre persönliche Cloud inkl. Zugangsdaten erhalten Sie von uns per E-Mail.

Erstellung der Vertragsdokumente

Sobald wir von Ihnen alle benötigten Unterlagen erhalten haben, erstellen wir die Vertragsdokumente für den Start in Ihrer neuen Position. Dazu zählen u. a. der Dienstvertrag, die Gleitzeitvereinbarung sowie die Überlassungsmitteilung.

Übermittlung der Vertragsdokumente sowie Terminvereinbarung

Damit Sie genügend Zeit haben, die Vertragsdokumente genau durchzulesen, und Ihre Daten sowie alle vereinbarten Punkte kontrollieren können, senden wir Ihnen die Vertragsdokumente im Vorhinein zu und vereinbaren einen Termin zur persönlichen Vertragsunterzeichnung.

Durchsprache und Unterzeichnung der Vertragsdokumente

Bei der Vertragsunterzeichnung werden alle Dokumente durchbesprochen und wir nehmen uns gerne Zeit, Ihnen alle Fragen zu beantworten. Zudem werden alle wichtigen Abläufe erklärt, die während der Anstellung bei uns bzw. der Beschäftigung bei unserem Kunden vor Ort relevant sind.

Anmeldung bei der ÖGK

Spätestens einen Tag vor Arbeitsbeginn melden wir Sie bei der Österreichischen Gesundheitskasse an. Damit auch dies für Sie nachvollziehbar und transparent ist, übermitteln wir Ihnen die ÖGK-Anmeldung wieder über unsere datenschutzkonforme Cloud.

Arbeitsbeginn

Nun ist es endlich soweit – Sie starten voller Motivation in Ihrer neuen Position! Vor dem ersten Arbeitstag erhalten Sie von uns noch alle wichtigen Informationen (z. B. Arbeitsbeginn, Ansprechpartner: innen …) und wir stehen Ihnen natürlich auch als neutraler Partner an der Seite, an den Sie sich bei Fragen jederzeit wenden können. Natürlich sind wir auch gespannt, wie Ihr erster Eindruck ist und werden nach ein paar Tagen bei Ihnen nachfragen, wie es Ihnen geht und ob alles in Ordnung ist.
